

Q. What size is the
Aqualine tank and water filter unit and how much fitting space should we
allow for installing under our sink.
A. For fitting under the sink allow 16 inches high for the tank and
11 inches wide for the diameter. Allow 18 inches high for the
filtration unit and 16 inches long, allow 6 inches for the width.
Q. How often do the filters need to be
changed?
A. We recommend changing the pre-filters every 6
months and the ro membrane once every 1-2 years.
Q. Is there a service contract? How much is it?
A. With the Aqualine there is no need for a service contract as the
filtration unit has an easy fit filter replacement system
and requires minimum maintenance. When the time comes for changing
the filters they can be replaced easily and with no fuss.
Q. Does the Aqualine system
have a storage tank? how much does it hold? and how long does it
take to fill up?
A. Yes the aqualine comes with a storage
tank and holds 11 litres of water which means even during the
busiest period for example when preparing meals you will always have
plenty of pure water on tap. The booster pump automatically starts
to refill the tank when the dispensing faucet is turned on. The tank
replaces a litre of pure water every ten minutes (approximately
depending on water temperature).
Q. Can I do the installation of the Aqualine Ro
myself?
A. Yes you can and we include an installation
booklet with every system purchased. You may also wish to use a qualified
plumber who will be able to install the system following our guide
lines.
Q. Do you install water filtration systems also?
A. Yes we can and this does depend on weather
we have an installation technician in your area. Other wise most
plumbers will install the filter. Alternatively you if you are good
at DIY you can use our easy to follow manual.
Q. How much water does the Aqualine system
produce a day?
A. The water light will deliver up to 160 litres a
day depending on water quality and pressure.
Q. How many years is your company in
operation?
A. We have been in operation 5 years.
Q. Are your filters tested and certified?
A. Yes all our ro filter membranes are tested and
certified?
Q. Does the water light take out bacteria?
A. Yes. The water light provides a barrier against impurities that
may enter your water supply even on a microscopic level including
bacteria.
