Q. What size is the Aqualine tank and water filter unit and how much fitting space should we allow for installing under our sink.
A. For fitting under the sink allow 16 inches high for the tank and 11 inches wide for the diameter. Allow 18 inches high for the filtration unit and 16 inches long, allow 6 inches for the width.

Q. How often do the filters need to be changed?
A. We recommend changing the pre-filters every 6 months and the ro membrane once every 1-2 years.

Q. Is there a service contract? How much is it?
A. With the Aqualine there is no need for a service contract as the filtration unit has an easy fit filter replacement system and requires minimum maintenance. When the time comes for changing the filters they can be replaced easily and with no fuss.

Q. Does the Aqualine system have a storage tank? how much does it hold? and how long does it take to fill up?
A. Yes the aqualine comes with a storage tank and holds 11 litres of water which means even during the busiest period for example when preparing meals you will always have plenty of pure water on tap. The booster pump automatically starts to refill the tank when the dispensing faucet is turned on. The tank replaces a litre of pure water every ten minutes (approximately depending on water temperature).

Q.  Can I do the installation of the Aqualine Ro myself?
A. Yes you can and we include an installation booklet with every system purchased. You may also wish to use a qualified plumber who will be able to install the system following our guide lines.

Q. Do you install water filtration systems also?
A. Yes we can and this does depend on weather we have an installation technician in your area. Other wise most plumbers will install the filter. Alternatively you if you are good at DIY you can use our easy to follow manual.

Q. How much water does the Aqualine system produce a day?
A. The water light will deliver up to 160 litres a day depending on water quality and pressure.

Q.  How many years is your company  in operation?
A.  We have been in operation 5 years.

Q.  Are your filters tested and certified?
A. Yes all our ro filter membranes are tested and certified?

Q.  Does the water light take out bacteria?
A. Yes. The water light provides a barrier against impurities that may enter your water supply even on a microscopic level including bacteria.
